March 4, 2015 - Maryland Education Credit Information
Archbishop Lori is encouraging all parents, teachers and others within our school communities to “pledge” to participate in efforts urging our state legislators to enact the Maryland Education Credit during the legislative session that in currently underway in Annapolis. On March 4th, there will be a Non-Public Schools Advocacy Day in Annapolis. It is a great opportunity to meet with legislators in your district, see our State Capital, and be a voice that asks our legislators to support the Maryland Education Credit for our school children and families. The Advocacy Day flyer contains the plans for the day and the contact information to answer questions and confirm your participation. Also included is the background on the Maryland Education Credit Legislation.
Thank you for all you do each day to lead our Catholic Schools. Archbishop Lori and Dr. Edmondson value your commitment and support, and look forward to working with you to secure the passage of this much needed legislation for the benefit of our Catholic school children and families.
